The summer concert season is heating up! July is jammed with shows. From legendary artists to breakthrough indie acts — there’s something for everyone. Here’s a rundown of what to see in Pittsburgh this month!

Ed Sheeran — PNC Park, July 8th

One of the biggest songwriters in the world takes his Mathematics tour to Acrisure Stadium. This is his first stadium tour since 2018, when he played PNC Park. The stage is in the middle of the floor, giving all fans a good seat. Khalid and Rosa Linn are the opening acts.

Eric Church — Pavilion at Star Lake, July 8th

Eric Church brings his Outsiders Revival tour to the Pavilion. This is the first time in 13 years that Church will tour outdoor venues, which hits amphitheaters across the country through September. 

Weezer — Stage AE, July 11th

Fresh off releasing 4 LP’S last year, the alt rock icons will make a stop at Stage AE for their indie rock road trip tour. They’ll bring opening acts Future Islands and Joyce Manor for this outdoor show. 

Post Malone — Pavilion at Star Lake, July 12th

The ever popular Grammy winning rapper returns with his If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying tour to the Pavilion. The tour supports his upcoming LP, Austin, which will be released July 28th. 

YUNGBLUD — Stage AE, July 12th

Indie rock artist Yungblud takes his world tour to Stage AE for an outdoor show. Judging from his late night TV performances, he’ll get the crowd going. Another cool thing: the excellent rock band, The Regrettes, will be the opening act. Games We Play kicks off the night.

Shania Twain — Pavilion at Star Lake, July 13th

The legendary country artist makes a stop at the Pavilion for her Queen of Me tour. It’s her first tour in 5 years, which follows her popular Vegas residency. On the singer’s Instagram account, she talked about what kind of atmosphere fans can expect. “This one’s gonna be a big party–no inhibitions, no conditions, let’s get a little out of line!!”

Matchbox 20 — Pavilion at Star Lake, July 14th

The band is back for their Slow Dream tour. The 50+ date tour supports their new record Where The Light Goes. Expect to hear songs from the new record along with the classics you’ve been singing along to from back in the day. 

Snoop Dogg/Wiz Khalifa — Pavilion at Star Lake, July 18th

Get ready for the coolest night ever. Snoop Dogg and hometown rapper Wiz Khalifa bring their High School Reunion tour to the Burgh. Their collaboration dates back to the 2011 smash hit, “Young, Wild & Free.” What a night it’s going to be!

Backseat Lovers — Stage AE, July 26th

Their breakthrough hit “Kirby girl” helped make a name for themselves in the alt rock world. The band makes a stop for an outdoor show at Stage AE. They are coming off of their 2022 album, “Waiting to Spill.”

The Commonheart — Stage AE, July 28th

The hometown band returns for an outdoor show at Stage AE! They just debuted their new music video “Hustler” after the Pirates game. It’s going to be an exciting night, filled with really great live music. The Vindy’s and Beauty Slap will be performing as well.
