About Best Bites Downtown
Best Bites Downtown is back this holiday season! On Saturday, December 5th, enjoy festive drinks and iconic dishes from restaurants, bars, and sweet shops, right in the heart of Pittsburgh.
On this self-guided food and drink tour, you’ll get a taste of some of the best restaurants around Downtown Pittsburgh, including some holiday pop-ups. Explore the holiday festivities along the way, from Market Square to Mellon Square!
From 12pm – 4pm, you’ll discover a delicious lineup of food, drinks, and desserts throughout the city center. It’s your ticket to explore all the local cuisine—in just one afternoon.
The city’s packed with dining options, so there’s something for everyone! From Prantl’s Bakery to Las Velas and Ritual House, you’ll get to try a unique dish, drink, or pairing of both at each location.
Your tour lanyard has a map to guide you, but you can find your own path too! If you find a stop you really love, feel free to spend more time and order more while you’re there. You can explore at your own pace!
After the tour, you can vote in the People’s Choice Awards for which tour stops impressed you the most in these categories: Best Bite, Best Drink, Best Sweet Treat, and overall Best Tasting Experience.
