Cookie Cookie Ice Cream, a family-owned shop, opened out of the desire to provide special needs teens and adults with fulfilling and meaningful work. So, back to the ice cream collab…or what they’re calling “Spice Cream!” The business has partnered with Binko’s, a Pittsburgh-based specialty food brand, to create three wildly-creative flavors fusing Pittsburgh-made hot pepper sauce in the ice cream.
Here are their three limited time flavors that are worth checking out ASAP:
- Fresno Bay: Bay-infused ice cream made with Lucky 32, a Red Fresno Pepper Sauce
- Dragon’s Breath: Storm 93, a Dragon’s Breath Pepper Sauce, mixed into Cookie Cookie Ice Cream’s sweet cream base
- Calabrian Lime: Lime ice cream incorporated with “Calabrian Queen” a Truffle Pepper Sauce and collaboration with Seattle’s Truffle Queen
The scoop of ice cream balances out the heat, and it’s a delicious treat!
