Splurge for a massage or facial

…or go back to an old favorite. Because we’ve all been there – we finally find a workout we like, we go for a while, and then life happens and we stop going for one reason or another. Take yourself out on a date
Sometimes we get the best recharge after taking ourselves out on a date.
