New year, new reasons to put your diet off. Make the most out of 2018 (and your life, for that matter) by eating your way through these awesome new Pittsburgh restaurants. We wish we could have named them all, but here are a few that we couldn’t wait to talk about!
Stuff’d Pierogi Bar

Stuff’d Pierogi Bar is leveling up Pittsburgh’s game by bringing you amazing, homemade pierogies, and we’re not just talking about cheddar and potato. Chicken marsala pierogi, anyone?
Glazed and Confused

You read that right! Plus, you get to pick your flavors and build your own unique piece of art (yes, art). Just look at how pretty they are! It’s well worth trip outside the city.

There’s something for everyone – from pancakes to sea food to pasta to steak. The bar selection is nothing to sneeze at, either.
Brisketburgh

Now raise your hand if you like brisket. If both your arms are currently in the air, you’re in luck! T. Adam Woods combined the two with Brisketburgh, one of Pittsburgh’s newest (and most exciting) food trucks.
Pittsburgh Food Truck Park

Home to 30+ mobile eateries, games, fire pits, and alcohol (with a riverfront view), this is going to be the BEST. PARK. EVER.
Merchant Oyster Co.

The menu is obviously full of seafood, but there are a few landlover options, too. Don’t forget to check out the bar upstairs (and ask about the bar-top).
Acorn

It’s a bit of a splurge, but 2018 is the year of treating yourself!
Bae Bae’s Kitchen
