Three cheers for spirits, wine, and beers! The Spirits of the Burgh Festival returns on Saturday, February 22nd from 6pm – 9pm at the iconic Grand Hall at the Pennsylvanian in Downtown Pittsburgh (1100 Liberty Avenue). It’s an evening of libations and celebration with the region’s best distilleries, spirit-makers, and more.

Sample spirits and craft cocktails, local beer, wine, cider, and nonalcoholic drinks. Indulge in light fare from 3 local food trucks (available for purchase). Dance the night away as DJ Samuel Andres spins tunes throughout the evening.

It’s easy to get into the spirit with 3 hours of craft cocktail tastings from 14 regional distilleries, including Maggie’s Farm Rum Distillery, Kingfly Spirits, Lawrenceville Distilling Co., Iron City Distilling, Wigle Whiskey, and 9 more.

But the evening is more than just spirits. A wide range of alternative libation options are available from Narcisi Winery, Allusion Brewing Company, Shubrew, A Few Bad Apples, Athletic Brewing Company, and 3 more. See the event website for the full list of libation temptations.

The Spirits of the Burgh’s charity partner is Irreverent Warriors which supports our nation’s veterans — so you can have a feel-good time and also feel good knowing that a portion of the event’s proceeds helps those who have helped our nation.

For the best deal, be sure to purchase your tickets in advance. General admission is $50-$60. General admission walk ups at the event will be $80 (but only if tickets are still available). Designated driver tickets are $20. Note: Since the spirit of the event is spirits, all in attendance must be 21 or older (no exceptions).

Perhaps best of all, Made in PGH readers get $5 off tickets if you enter the code SPIRITSMADEINPGH when purchasing your tickets online (code expires 2/16/25).
