WRL: 45-Minute Total Body Workout + Stretch – Walk Run Lift® is a 45-Minute Full Body Workout and is designed for ALL fitness levels. The class includes 3 main segments: The WALK The RUN The LIFT. The WALK and The RUN segments are designed to target the Cardiovascular system using the beat of the music. The LIFT segment focuses on resistance training using body weight exercises as well as our 7 Loop and Flat Resistance Bands.
