Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Terms. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are at least 21 years of age as of the Sweepstakes start date. Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsors, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and members of the immediate family (mother, father, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period eligible Entrants are invited to participate in the Sweepstakes by entering their first and last name and valid email address in the fields on the sweepstakes entry page located at https://madeinpgh.com/lifestyle/giveaway-lake-county-2. The entrant’s name and email address will be collected as their official entry. Entering the Sweepstakes is free of charge and entirely optional. By entering, entrants agree to the official sweepstakes rules.
LIMIT one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per Sweepstakes period will be allowed. Once submitted, a Sweepstakes entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified.

Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. Prize winner will be contacted by the Post-Gazette by email within 72 hours from the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will have 48 hours to respond and complete the verification process with the Sponsors by email. As part of the verification process, the winner will be required to verify their age, provide their home mailing address and may be required to complete a W-9 form. If the original winner does not respond after a minimum of two attempts during the 48 hour period, an alternate winner will be chosen and the original winner permanently forfeits their rights to the prize. Prize will be delivered to the winner either by email or USPS or another delivery service once their information is verified and the W-9 is received by Sponsor, if required.
PRIZE VERIFICATION & CONDITIONS: By accepting a Prize, the winner agrees to release the Sponsors from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. The Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to substitute the prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component thereof) is not available.
MEDIA CONSENT: By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, recipient grants to the Sponsors its parent, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsors (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsors’ request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the recipient’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification.
GENERAL: By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers, Prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize. Winner acknowledges that any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize is at the discretion of the prize sponsor.
USE OF DATA: Sponsors may use Entrant’s information to market its products and services, and by entering, you agree that you may be contacted by the contest sponsors and its affiliates with information, special content or features. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsors’ privacy policy, available at http://www.post-gazette.com/privacypolicy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your email address, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsors’ collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsors’ Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
