This local distillery aims to do things differently by designing their own equipment, programming and building sensors to use in the distilling process, and extracting delicate flavors to create innovative spirits. Their vodka, gin, and amaro are made from scratch, and you can find the Quantum team hard at work mashing, fermenting, distilling, bottling, and labeling their products every day in Carnegie. You can buy bottles directly from the distillery, where the expert staff can guide you through tastings and provide pairing and cocktail making tips. Quantum Spirits also offers experimental cocktail events and classes, distillery tours, and jazz nights.
