Burgers and flatbreads and cocktails, oh my! If you’re on the lookout for a restaurant that has it all, we highly recommend Big Spring Spirits in Seven Fields. Not only do they offer an extensive menu with all kinds of good eats to choose from, but they also have cocktail workshops available for booking now.

All About Big Spring Spirits

Big Spring Spirits founder Kevin Lloyd values community and great food. That’s why he decided to open up a restaurant and distillery in the heart of Cranberry PA. Lloyd has committed himself to being the best neighbor he can be by inviting friends from all over to stop by for a treat.

In Bellefonte PA, you can find the Big Spring Spirits distillery tasting room, which partners with local farmers and artisans to bring the tastiest plates to your table.

For the Love of Food

Whether you’re in the mood for sweet or savory, Big Spring Spirits is guaranteed to have a cure for your cravings. A distillery favorite is the charcuterie assortment of artisanal cheeses and cured meats. Need to satisfy a sweet tooth? Start with their fried honey cakes, doughnut holes lightly fried and tossed in sweet honey and warm spices.

Check out one of their two fondue dishes: a smoky blend of whiskey and smooth cheeses or a rich mix of chocolate and Talleyrand Cream Bourbon. Tough decision, we know.

For the main course, choose from flatbreads, handhelds, or vegetarian options such as fresh salads and crispy bruschetta. Sides include homemade house chips or a mixed greens salad.

Sunday brunch offers filling favorites to kick start your day including Bacon Benedict, Southern Hash, and Berry Torte. Try some breakfast cocktails like the Berry Bellini or the Springmosa to go with your meal.

21 and Over

If you brought your ID, check out some Big Spring cocktails and house-made spirits. Deux Carre is made from rye whiskey, firebird cinnamon whiskey, cherry, honey, and Peychaud’s bitters. If you’re looking for something a little more on the fruitier side, consider Spring Fields, made from white rum, strawberry, cherry, mint, and lime.

Big Spring Spirits also has all the classics: Bloody Marys, martinis, old-fashioned, and lemon drops. And don’t forget about the collection of dessert cocktails…spiked orange creamsicle, anyone?
