Taco paradise is here! This is your chance to taste the best tacos from all over Pittsburgh. Head down to the epic Strip District Terminal for The Original Pittsburgh Taco Festival! The awesome event takes place September 11th, 12pm – 7pm. If you’re a fan of tacos, you can’t miss this! Seriously, the variety is astounding. Here’s all the details!

Your $10 General Admission ticket gets you all the essentials-live music and entertainment, more than 25+ taco trucks and vendors, activities for the whole family. You’re in! Enjoy taco after taco. As much as your heart desires!

The current vendor list includes a wide array of local food trucks. Check out Las Palmas, Taquitos, La Palapa Mexican Cuisine & Mexican Bar, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Juniper Grill, Vagabond Taco Truck, Taco Town, BrisketBurgh, Cilantro & Ajo, Mi Empanada, Caustelot Creamery, El Rincon Oaxaqueno, El Sabor, Tocayo, La Catrina, BTOS Kitchen, Los Cabos, Let’s Taco Food Truck, Colores & Sabores, Allegheny City Farms, and more!

There’s plenty to do at the fest. Dance away to live entertainment by Mariachi Internacional, Karibe Son, Gavas Beat, and more! Aside from the live music, you can check out the art market, featuring face painting from Beanie Paints, caricatures from Dynamic Illustrations/Howard Bender Art, stilt walking & juggling from O’Ryan the O’Mazing, community canvas (anyone can paint!) hosted by Costa RicART, and live bus-painting with Pittsburgh Art Bus!

The festival began in 2016, growing in popularity through the years. This year will be the first year at the Strip District Terminal (21st and Smallman Street). According to their Facebook page, “the event celebrates community and is produced with the support of the Latin American Cultural Union and the Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation, and a portion of proceeds directly benefits these organizations.”
