Everything has been different this year, and the Downtown holiday celebrations are no exception. It’s just not the Christmas season without visiting Santa…but we’re doing it 2020-style this year via Zoom instead!

Now through December 23, you and your family can head Downtown, between Market Square and the The Rink at PPG Place, to Zoom with Santa. This creative take on a classic experience is powered by Xfinity and supports the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank with a $5 suggested donation.

Santa’s helpers will guide you through the process: from waiting in a socially-distanced line to entering the well-ventilated festive portal. You’ll even get to pick if you Zoom with a Black or White Santa – his helpers will take care of everything. At the end of the call, you’ll receive information to download a photo of your visit.

The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership is making sure local, state, and federal guidelines are adhered to, so you’ll need to wear your most festive mask both in line and while chatting with Santa. Make sure you check here for any updates before you go!

Zoom with Santa hours:
Monday-Friday: noon-3pm, 4-7pm
Saturday: 11am-8pm
Sunday: 11am-6pm
