Take a walk on the wild side–ZooBrew: Spring Hops is going to bring out your inner party animal. The panda-monium takes place on May 10th at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium. There’s all kinds of craft beer, live music, and up-close animal encounters!
The ZooBrew adventure takes place at three outdoor locations: the Village, the Garden Tent, and PNC Pavilion. So what will you get with your admission? Don’t worry because the ticket checks off on all party koalafications.
Want to gopher a beer? You’ll have plenty of awesome options for sampling some serious brews.There’s an extensive selection of 45+ craft beer samples to choose from, some of which include Ballast Point, Fat Heads, Hop Farm, Pittsburgh Brewing, and Southern Tier. Beer us right meow!
One of the coolest things about the event is getting to experience up-close animal exhibits, which include sea lions! This will definitely make for a unique night because where else can this happen?! Now that’s a sight to see!
You can also enjoy some delicious bites from the Zoo’s exclusive caterer,Taste. There’s mouthwatering items on the menu, from beer braised chicken tostada and potato pierogies, to pretzel necklaces and pepper jack mac and cheese–appetizing options for everyone!
The party also includes a complimentary beer glass and Bar-jutsu championship beer pong, because who doesn’t love a good beer pong game, and the fact that jutsu is involved should provide for some interesting moments.
Aside from all of the entertainment to enjoy, your ticket goes to a good cause. According to PittsburghZoo.org, “every ZooBrew ticket sold helps support our zoo, including our wildlife conservation, education, and research in Western Pennsylvania and beyond.”
The event is 21+ to attend. The new option for this year is the designated driver ticket, which is $42.
