Take a tour with Pittsburgh Magazine’s Ultimate Open House! This year’s winner is the Lawrenceville Luxury Lofts. And they are spectacular! The 6th annual event happens January 14th through January 23rd. You’ll be amazed at the beautiful 24-unit luxury condominium, which includes 3 fully furnished penthouse units! All tour proceeds go to UPMC’s Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Free Care Fund. 

Each year features an amazingly ultra cool place. According to PittsburghMagazine.com, each winner represents the best in modern living. “Pittsburgh Magazine combs the region in search of cutting-edge, high-end construction projects that represents the “ultimate” in residential living at that moment in time.” 

The tour has raised more than $330,000 for the Free Care Fund since its inception. Past winners include homes in Bloomfield, the Strip District, Cranberry, and Pine Township.

The project is open to the public for tours on the following days:

  • Thursday, January 20th : Sip & Style Event Sponsored by GBU Life, 5:30 p.m.-8 p.m.
  • Friday, January 21st: Public Tours, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 22nd: Public Tours, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Sunday, January 23rd: Public Tours, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Friday, January 28th: Public Tours, 3 p.m.-7 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 29th: Public Tours, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Sunday, January 30th: Public Tours, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
