We’re back at it again with SHAPE Training, come round out spring on May 15. Train with the best coaches in the city in Center Court at Ross Park Mall. Get ready for the warm weather and sunshine with a perfect fusion of strength, conditioning, and the big vibes of training hard together. All Levels are welcome.
