New Year’s Eve: it’s the biggest party night of the year, but it can often be one of the most stressful nights of the year as well. Trying to put together last-minute plans once the holidays pass is usually a one-way ticket to waiting in line for the party in the cold, racking up a big bar tab way too quickly, or worse: perhaps no plans at all.

Now’s the time to book your tickets for a stress-free night celebrating the end of 2021, and we’ve got a few recommendations. If you’re not headed downtown to celebrate First Night but don’t want to stay at home either, here are a few parties taking place all across the city that are already selling tickets to their NYE events, with plenty of food, drinks, and dancing that will help you ring in 2022!

Sienna Mercato

Sienna Mercato is throwing an amazing NYE bash at their rooftop bar Il Tetto, where you can enjoy their delicious beverage menu and exclusive specialty cocktails featuring Bacardi rum for one night only. Tickets are available online before the big night for $25 or at the door for $30 and include a complimentary champagne toast, a photo booth, a DJ, and an amazing view of the city – just steps away from First Night festivities!

Coughlin’s Law

For an epic view of the city when the fireworks start and a fun party environment, you can’t do better than Coughlin’s Law. For $95 per person, your ticket includes an open bar from 9 PM until close – yes, it includes top-shelf cocktails and drafts – and a banquet dinner with a carving station, and even a champagne toast at midnight. Best of all, DJ entertainment will be provided by DJ Magic Mike!

CAVO

Strip District nightclub CAVO is a premier choice for ringing in the new year in style, and this year you have two exciting options. General admission tickets cost $60, and you can enjoy a bar of hors d’oeuvres and desserts from 8 PM to 11 PM and a champagne toast at midnight. If you want a more VIP experience, for $125 you can also access an open bar from 8 PM to midnight, a separate VIP line and upstairs area, and gambling table games with fun prizes.

Scratch & Co.

Looking for more of a gourmet experience this New Year’s Eve? Tickets to Scratch & Co.’s prix-fixe dinner are going fast, and you won’t want to miss their special menu for one night only. Tickets are $85 per person (with a $35 optional wine pairing) and include five tasty courses, each of which has two options – and all include a vegetarian-friendly choice. Oysters with mignonette, steak tartare, cranberry champagne cake… why not make your last meal of the year the best one?

Over Eden/TRYP Hotel

Wouldn’t it be a dream if you could leave your New Year’s Eve bash and safely be in bed in under 5 minutes? Over Eden and TRYP by Wyndham are making that dream a reality with their “TRYP Around the Sun” New Year’s Eve package. For $289, you can book a one-night stay at this boutique Lawrenceville hotel for two with a guaranteed dinner reservation at Over Eden, its rooftop restaurant and bar. You’ll dine on a prix-fixe menu that features lobster biscuits with truffle butter, quail with cassoulet or stuffed flank, and a boozy baklava for dessert, and some champagne to top it off. Plus, you’ll have an amazing view of the fireworks!

The Goldmark

New Year’s Eve tickets can get pretty pricey, but if you’re ready to party without dropping hundreds of dollars just to get in the door, check out the Goldmark. Tickets are just $25 (and are extremely limited!) and include complimentary party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. Formal attire is strongly encouraged, so break out your favorite tie and your shiniest dress and get ready to dance the night away with DJ Nugget – until 2AM, of course.

Spoonwood Brewing Company

Calling parents of young kids: this one’s for you. Spoonwood Brewing Co. is a very family-friendly restaurant and brewery in the South Hills that is offering tickets for two timed seatings of a prix-fixe menu with beer pairings for just $95 per person. Enjoy four delicious courses and four beers made in-house from either 5-7PM or 8-10PM, and then be home in time to watch the ball drop on TV and snuggle with the little ones.
