Sound Therapy Classes at Una Biologicals
Una Biologicals is known for their handcrafted wellness products, from natural perfumery to organic salt scrubs. This fall, however, they are hosting two in-store sound therapy events not to be missed.

Dr. Pepper and LouAnn McBride will lead a restorative practice combining shamanic drumming and savasana, or “corpse pose.” The class description online sounds as relaxing as the session, “The rhythmic drumming will produce a theta state in the brain, bringing about deep relaxation and, for many, profound insight.” Tickets are $35 per person. They can be purchased here.
Una Biologicals’ second event, The Didgeridoo Chakra Clearing Workshop, is set for Sunday, November 4th from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Internationally known sound therapist, Joseph Carringer of Didge Therapy, will guide attendees through a meditation of each chakra with a healing didgeridoo, an Australian wind instrument. Tickets are $45 per person. They can be purchased here.
