Instagram has paved the way for how we connect and interact with our communities, fueling the way we support local businesses. Black Owned PGH, @blackowned.pgh on Instagram, helps to showcase black owned business in the Pittsburgh region that continues to build more bridges of opportunity in our Steel City toward socioeconomic equity for the black community. Not only does this account raise awareness for BOB’s, but it also serves as a platform to educate and fund financial support for black business owners as well. 

Founder of Black Owned PGH, Kyley Coleman, a 20-year-old marketing study extraordinaire at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg sets the collaborative, supportive, and ambitious standard for uplifting black owned businesses of over 160 movers and shakers of products and services.
