The Pennsylvanian, which you might recognize as the glorious, beautiful venue that supported the epic Toast18 New Years Eve party, is way more than just a historic building downtown. And no, it’s not a hotel, either (surprised?). It’s an amazing apartment building that doubles as an incredible event space, and we want to move in right now.
