On May 15th, Allegheny County moved forward to the Yellow Phase. Though some restrictions are slowly being lifted, business owners and consumers are remaining cautious and rightfully so. We can’t help but feel that moving into the yellow phase is a small victory and are happy to see some local shops opening their doors (while taking proper precautions).
