Pittsburgh ranks as the top city in the U.S. for drinkers, so we’ll drink to that! Specifically, our city has 12 bars per 10,000 residents, more per capita than any other city in the nation, according to a data collection group in USA Today’s article, Where to find bars: Top U.S. cities for drinkers. But for those looking for a tasty mocktail and a casual/fine dining night out, where does one look? Pour up the non-alcoholic drinks by checking out these five places below:

Alta Via

Alta Via has a vision and modern take on casual fine dining for Italian cooking. Check out the restaurant’s entire food menu, but sip and savor its non-alcoholic cocktails, too. Enjoy its selection of mocktails that includes “Strawberry Fields,” consisting of fresh strawberry, lemon, fennel, and sparkling water or toast to its “Rose-Colored Glasses,” mixed with grapefruit, rosemary, and Fever Tree ginger beer. Other drinks include its “Inside Job” (fig, lemon, honey mint, sparkling water) and “Fever-Tree” (ginger beer, ginger ale).

Pusadee’s Garden

Enjoy the space at Pusadee’s Garden and revel in the taste of its spirit-free cocktails. The restaurant focuses on Thai flair with a pristine presentation for the eyes. One of its mocktails, “Give it a Chai,” consists of chai, ginger, and lemon. Just give it a try! The other, noted on the menu as “Strawberry Letter 23,” consists of strawberry “cream,” lemon, Madagascar vanilla bean, and topo chico.

Spork has a rotating menu to really shake its mocktail game up. The restaurant offers non-alcoholic options under its Temperance menu. Hidden Harbor

Hidden Harbor is not-so-hidden about its acclaimed cocktail game nestled in Squirrel Hill. Tiki, palms, and shore décor galore, the restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday for outdoor seating and to-go cocktails, and its Cobra’s Fang indoor dining experience is available Thursday-Saturday. Book your reservation here because they have boozy pours, but that doesn’t stop its mocktail masterpieces! All of its hand-crafted drinks can be transformed into tasty non-alcoholic drinks. Yum!

Bar Botanico

Bar Botanico is a cocktail bar located in the heart of Lawrenceville and knows how to cater towards individual needs. It has created small plate cravings to select for guests to mix and match, share with friends, or build their own dinners. This place gives you options! In addition to its curated cocktail list, too, the experienced bartenders offer mocktails for $5. They create their mocktails to the preference of the taste to the individual, so there’s a happy medium for everybody.
