cocktail: VFNTS, the name says it all…vodka, fruity, not too sweet. Grey Goose Vodka, Martini and Rossi Fireo Apertivo, and some citrus combine for a perfect pre meal sipper.

dinner: rigatoni all’amatriciana (the classic Roman pasta dish prepared with house-made pasta) and roasted pork shoulder with salmorgio sauce and roasted fennel.

Everything you need will be assembled in an effortless dinner for two that you will pick-up at Bar Marco (If you can’t make it into town to pick-up your kit, try purchasing our DIY ingredient list instead!) All you need next is a working stove and an empty stomach. 

Then, join the Bar Marco team live from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting for an hour-long cooking class on March 25th via Zoom! You’ll be able to eat like a foodie (while learning a thing or two) from the comfort of your own home!
