Here’s your chance for a fantastic farm-to-table catered dinner, complete with a scenic summer hayride! The fun evening takes place at Trax Farms on July 9 (4pm-7pm). This is going to be one of the highlights of your summer!

You’ll be all set for an amazing afternoon on the 150-year-old farm. This is going to be invigorating in many ways. First off, you’ll take a hayride through the amazing fields, all the way to the hill-top pavilion overlooking Trax Farms. What a view! This is where you’ll enjoy a delicious catered dinner by V&V Scratch Kitchen, one bottle of Arrowhead Wine and live music by Brandon Payne. A summer afternoon doesn’t get any better than that!

The farm to table concept is all in the name, with the food coming directly from the farm and going straight to the table. This means the food is going to be insanely good and healthy. You’ll enjoy fresh produce supplied by Trax Farms! Oh how sweet it is!

If you’re thinking of having drinks for the hayride, Trax will have craft beer and additional wine available for purchase before it begins.

Here’s your menu!

  • Salad: organic greens & grilled peach salad with candied pork belly, aged cheddar and champagne vinaigrette
  • Dueling Entrees: Braised Beef Short Rib & Smoked Oishi Shrimp Raviolo, seasonal vegetables
  • Dessert: Summer Berry Trifle
  • Drinks: Water and iced tea
  • Wine: red or white (1 bottle per person)
