You demanded it. The PA Market responded.

Pittsburghers love their brunches and their lunches. In response to your wants, the Strip District’s two-story European-style market has expanded its services and added a new concept.

Expanded Service

The new hours are Wednesday – Friday starting at 11am, and Saturday and Sunday starting at 9am. That’s right! You can now get your brunch on and get your lunch on, 5 days a week until 3pm.

“Over the past year, we did some pop-up brunch items. They have been so popular that we have sold out of items every time we announce them. It really garnered a lot of enthusiasm from our guests and we saw a genuine curiosity about what the next weekly specials would be,” said The PA Market’s Director of Marketing, Giorgi Simco. “Our chefs have curated fresh, diverse menus, ensuring there’s something for everyone.”

Brunch enthusiasts can find The PA Market’s gourmet pancake flavors, as well as both sweet and savory breakfast items like Poached Salmon Eggs Benedict, Stuffed Croissant French Toast, and brunch-style twists on some of the Market’s most popular dishes.

Guests seeking lunch items during this time can enjoy a variety of artisanal sandwiches, fresh grab-and-go choices, and charcuterie options.

New Concept

Launching too is a new concept: Café Gourmand. This counter-style restaurant is geared specifically for brunch diners and midday pick-me-ups.

The new concept features locally roasted coffee, freshly brewed espresso, and also a variety of house made pastries and desserts. Café Gourmand is projected to open in early June.
