Gas Station turned Gastropub – Coughlin’s Law is one of Mount Washington’s hidden secrets. From appetizers to entrees to desserts to liquid desserts, Couglin’s Law has got you covered.
Start off with some bites. The crispy brussels are nowhere near the ones your mom made you eat before you left the dinner table. These are covered in almonds, parmesan and lemon aioli. Move on to the main course and try some beef braised pork tacos or the Coughlin’s burger with pork belly, pickles, chili slaw, bacon jam and smoked aioli. Finish off with some locally made Millie’s Ice Cream.
Coughlin’s Law also serves brunch on the weekends from 10-2 with a menu including everyone’s favorite avocado toast to a smoked brisket hash to a mexican twist on breakfast with their Huevos Rancheros. Top that off and put a personal touch on a “Create Your Own” Bloody Mary!
Not only do they have the eats, find yourself some entertainment with their trivia nights, breweries of the month features, Painting on the Mount and more. Coughlin’s Law will also be serving up hot soup in Market Square for Dollar Energy Fund’s Cool Down For Warmth event. Follow them on IG to keep up on all of the happenings at Coughlin’s Law.
Haven’t been there yet? Now’s the time to give it a try. Coughlin’s Law is a participating restaurant for Pittsburgh’s Restaurant Week. Check out their menu here!
