Food. It’s something that brings us together when we gather around the table. It’s something we turn to for comfort. We share pieces of our hearts when we share recipes. We add love when we cook for others. Food can bring people together in ways that words can’t. It’s a universal language that we all understand, whether we realize it or not.

We’re all looking to do our part to help our neighbors right now, especially our Black neighbors. There are so many ways we can do that, but one way that is especially easy is to support Black-owned restaurants. Whether you’re comfortable eating out or prefer to eat at home, we know that at least one of these restaurants is going to be near you.

As always, it can be difficult to include every restaurant within any category on a list – but we did our best. If we missed your favorite Black-owned restaurant, please let us know in the comments so we can add it to our list and all show our support.
