Barbie is finally ken coming to life on the big screen! The best way to celebrate? With a specialty Barbie movie themed cocktail of course!

Ritual House

Just like Barbie’s Dream House, Ritual House is an experience unlike any other. Ritual House will be paying homage to the highly anticipated Barbie movie with an original craft cocktail: Life is Plastic, it’s Fantastic. Made with Malibu Rum, lychee, Ritual House Prosecco (on tap), pink luster dust, and cotton candy, this cocktail comes complete with your very own Ken doll.

From July 9th – July 23rd, patrons can pair this shimmering cocktail with Ritual House menu staples like Seared Tuna Sashimi. This dish features sesame, togarashi, wasabi aioli, sweet soy, ginger scallion oil, pickled ginger, and cucumber DF. Reservations are recommended.

Shorty’s – Waterfront Tap x Taco

Shorty’s Waterfront location, Tap x Taco, is a newfangled laid-back spot right across the street from AMC Waterfront 22 movie theater. This is the perfect spot to enjoy bites and sips pre or post-Barbie showtime. Guests ken celebrate Barbie’s debut on the big screen with three specialty craft cocktails.

On the Thursday evening leading up to the midnight showing through Friday of Barbie’s opening weekend, Shorty’s will craft Barbie-inspired cocktails such as the Malibu Dream House. This delicious cocktail is made with El Jimador tequila, coconut syrup, strawberry syrup, lime juice, and finished with a Tajin rim.

After that, Let’s Go Party with a cocktail made with Faber cherry vodka, demerara syrup, lime juice, lemonade, and house-made grenadine! Then, be like Barbie with a Think Pink! cocktail crafted with Faber Citrus Vodka, Faber Peach Schnapps, simple syrup, lemon juice, Sprite, and pink glitter.
