Mancini’s Bakery has been a family tradition fresh out of the Burgh since 1926 and has a family-style story unlike any other. Rooted in family values, the bakery strives in using most of the same old-world techniques from the family legacy of James “Jim” Mancini. In the early stages of baking, Jim rented a space and began a tradition in baking that has become a Pittsburgh favorite. He would bake 100 loaves a night and deliver fresh bread to his customers the next morning. The rest is history as the original Mancini’s Bakery in McKees Rocks bakes more than 10,000 loaves a day with a team of 48 Pittsburghers, along with its retail bakery in the Strip District and abundant wholesale customers. 


Now, Mancini’s is bringing its family’s bakery to the family table at American Natural for a limited time in one of its newest partnerships. American Natural has locations in Harmar, Sewickley, Gibsonia, Valencia, Mars, and Cranberry. As American Natural settles its roots in the greater Pittsburgh region, it’s bridging delicious, homemade goodness to its fuel station and café with freshly made, finer Italian bread.
