Merry Swiftmas to all, and to all a fun party!
Listen up, Swifties – a new holiday-themed, Taylor Swift-centric pop-up is coming to Pittsburgh and you’re not going to want to miss it!
To help kick off the holidays Swiftie-style, Women Who Rock is hosting a “Merry Swiftmas” party to celebrate one of the most successful and impactful female musicians in the world today as well as their mission, which is crusading to champion women in music and women’s health awareness.
The best part? The event takes place on Taylor Swift’s actual birthday. (Happy bday, Sagittariuses!)
What can you expect at this rockin’ party? To start, you’ll be able to shop exclusive Women Who Rock x Taylor Swift apparel and accessories, including previously unreleased Taylor Swift-themed Christmas gifts and holiday apparel!
There will also be Taylor-themed drinks, cookies and cupcakes, a live DJ playing all the best tunes (Taylor’s Version only, thanks!), karaoke brought to you by Sing Sing Sing! and even more TS-themed games to play.
Obviously, the die-hard Swifties will be turning out for this party, but in addition to celebrating Ms. Swift, this pop-up is a great chance to learn more about Women Who Rock as an organization. Women Who Rock works to “connect all women through the power of music and educate, support, and fund women-centric health and music endeavors.”
WWR also hosts an annual benefit concert, known as “Rock the Future of Women’s Health,” which shines a spotlight on women in music and generates funds that benefit understudied women’s health research at Magee-Womens Research Institute & Foundation. The event also features the Women Who Rock Impact Award, interactive women’s health pop-ups, a silent auction, VIP Lounge, a pink carpet entrance, and WWR’s signature Beauty Bar.
The Swiftmas party will take place at the Women Who Rock Pop-Up at 517 South 27th Street in South Side Works from 6-8 PM. To learn more and get information on registering, visit the Swiftmas Eventbrite page or check out @OfficialWomenWhoRock on Instagram!
