The holiday’s are just around the corner, and it’s never too early to start celebrating. To help bring in the cheer, you can check out some vintage clothes, light up night, magic, comedians, and wedding planning. And some wine for the wedding planning. Here are the events that will bring in the season!
Wings and Wildlife Art Show | National Aviary | November 3rd & 4th
Art inspired by wildlife! More than 40 talented artists contribute to many unique hand made pieces. Shop for wildlife gifts including jewelry, wearable textiles, ceramics and more. Cystic Fibrosis Passion for Wine | PPG Wintergarden | November 3rd, 6:30-10pm
Sample fine wines and enjoy signature cuisine from the city’s top chefs, all the while supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. And don’t forget about the exciting live auction! $225-Get your tickets here!
Creatively Pittsburgh | Hotel Monaco | November 4th, 10am-5pm
This is for the creative person at heart. The unique pop-up vendor fair features handmade gifts from many of your favorite local vendors, including Made in PGH! Authors will be on hand for mini talks throughout the day, some of which include self publishing and branding your own business. Free!
Pittsburgh Vintage Mixer | Teamsters Hall Lawrenceville | November 9th, 6pm-9pm | November 10th, 10am-4pm
Let’s get vintage! For this unique event, more than two dozen of the best regional vintage sellers will be on hand, selling vintage fashion, vinyl, furniture, pottery and so much more. You can beat the crowd on Friday night with a pre party pass for $15, which gets you in both days. Saturday is the main mixer, which is $5. Kids under 12 are free. All tickets will be sold at the door.
52 Up Close | Hotel Monaco | November 9th & 10th
Magician Lee Terbosic closes out his successful weekend year run of shows at the Hotel Monaco. Pittsburgh Light Up Night | November 16th
The holiday season is here, and there’s plenty of things to do on light up night. You can enjoy the Christmas Market shops in Market Square, skate around the ice rink at PPG Place, and stop by the Made in PGH booth to check out our new merch! Come say hi and celebrate the season downtown!
Amy Schumer | Heinz Hall | November 18th
Amy Schumer has become one of the most popular comedians in the past few years, writing and starring in two movies, hosting SNL, and performing her hilarious stand up routine across the country. And now her massive tour hits Heinz Hall. The outspoken comedian brings her topical routine to the stage, taking on celebrity culture, feminism and gun control. Kevin Hart | PPG Paints Arena | November 23rd
One of the biggest stars on the planet will make his stop in Pittsburgh at PPG Arena. Phipps Holiday Magic: Let it Glow! | Opens November 23rd
The Phipps winter light garden turns into a winter wonderland. This years winter light garden will shine with tree’s, a tunnel of lights, and an all new ice tower display.
