Local music everywhere! The Millvale Music Festival is back for another awesome time. The annual festival happens on May 20th and 21st, bringing over 300 acts, with a mix of entertainment–including musical acts, comedy, spoken word/poetry, and visual artists. And it’s free! Here’s a rundown of what to expect at the fest!

Both days of the event will feature bands of all genres across a number of venues.There’s so many venues, with so many options. One venue might have all music while another has all stand-up comedy. Choose any of them, you can’t go wrong! The cool thing about the music acts is that each set will be 40 minutes long. This gives fans the opportunity to check out a lot of different bands in one night. There’s a lot to take in here!

You can catch acts at any of the following places: Bar 3 Millvale, Barking Shark, Butler Street Art District, Ceasars, Cousins Lounge, Curated Flame, Distinctly U, Double L Bar, Element Church, Grist House Craft Brewery, Gap Park, Gardens of Millvale, Lumberjaxes, Howards Pub, Mr. Smalls Butler Street, Millvale Community Center, Millvale Community Library, Millvale Community Center, Mr. Smalls Theater, Mr. Smalls Funhouse, Purple Onion, Sedgwick Street, Sidelines Bar & Grills, Strange Roots Experimental Ales, Smokey’s Tavern, Sprezzatura, VFW Post 118, Vintage 416, Whisper Nest.

You’ll also find some fantastic food trucks including Pittsburgh Sandwich Society, Southside BBQ, Tango, Yovi’s Hot Dogs, and more!
