Best Bites Strip District is back! This foodie-favorite food and drink crawl will take over both the central and upper sides of the Strip on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025.
Spend your afternoon strolling down Smallman St. and taste testing the newest spots. Enjoy iconic eats along Penn Ave. and everywhere in between! On this self-guided food and drink tour, you’ll experience the Strip in a whole new way.
About Best Bites Strip District
We’re taking over the Strip District, one of Pittsburgh’s most iconic neighborhoods, on Saturday, August 2nd. You’ll have from 12pm – 4pm to try dishes and/or drinks from each of the featured stops on the tour. Enjoy a curated selection of restaurants, bars, mini golf eatertainment and even an arcade and a speakeasy!
Serving up a wide variety of food and drinks—like in-season cocktails and brews, iconic Pittsburgh pairings and more—each featured tour stop will do their best to impress you. After the tour, you’ll have a chance to vote for what you think was the Best Bite, Best Drink and Best Tasting Experience in the People’s Choice Awards.
Explore the Strip any way you want—get a feel for each stop, then move on to the next when you’re ready. Any order, any path, the tour is yours! Best Bites tours are a great way to show your family or friends around town or discover a new part of the city. You might even find your new favorite bar or restaurant!
