Sommelier, continuing on their altruistic fusion of live music and do-goodery, is all set for their “An Earful of Care” concert event – a food drive/fundraiser for Northside Food Pantry. The event takes place on Friday, September 1st (aka National Food Bank Day) at Allegheny City Brewing (507 Foreland St) on the Northside.

An Earful of Care 2023 comes off of a string of successful fundraising events. Independently organized by Sommelier, their events have raised $1500+ for Pittsburgh area non-profits in the past year. Some of the events included concerts benefiting Literacy Pittsburgh, SisTers PGH, Trans YOUniting PGH, and Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank

The Northside Food Pantry is a progressive, nonsectarian nonprofit that serves seniors, veterans, and families who live in the 15212, 15214, and 15233 zip codes. The Northside Food Pantry Advisors believe access to nutritional food is a basic human right. They vow to share all the resources entrusted to us with reliability, respect, and compassion.

The music begins at 6pm! See performances by Sommelier, Wild Blue Yonder, Rhythm of the Night Fusion Band, and Heading North. Plan to bring one or more non-perishable food items for donation. Then, enjoy an evening of powerful performances, art, and raffles!

Be sure to RSVP to An Earful of Care 2023 on Facebook! For more information on Sommelier, visit their website.
