How the Pizza Passport Works
Grab your passport (and a friend’s hand) and make your own tour! Check each location’s Pizza Passport hours before heading out, then use the map in your passport and online to create the perfect pizza path.
You’ll have three weeks to visit the pizzerias, so go at your own pace! Go for an afternoon walk in the Strip District to taste some one day. Then, map out a car trip towards Monroeville to hit a few in a row on the weekend.
When you reach each location, you’ll check in with the staff for your slice of pizza and a passport stamp. Scan the QR code at each location to rate your slice. Plus, the more places you visit, the more entries you’ll get to win the grand prize of an outdoor pizza oven!

I purchased a passport as a gift last week and the person to whom I sent has not received it as of today. Is it being sent by email or US mail… both of which I provided. Hoping that he will receive something by the 24th. Thanks.
Hi Leah! The Pizza Passports are being sent via USPS. All orders that have been made so far were mailed out yesterday and should arrive before the 24th.
If you have any questions about the order, you can email kspodek@post-gazette.com. Thanks!
Hello! Is there a way to submit a pizza shop for consideration for next year? Thanks!
Hi Gabrielle, I will get you in touch with the Made in PGH team. Thanks!
