Are New Year’s resolutions & lifestyle changes WAY harder during a global pandemic, or is it just us? 

They say it takes on average sixty-six days to form a habit but we are on the struggle bus to even get through seven. Our friends at Shape Training have come up with a plan to help kick start that lifestyle change in 84 days for the rest of the passengers riding the struggle bus with us. 

The Complex

The Complex is a 12-week program focused on restructuring, resisting, recovering and performing all from the comfort of your own home. It is designed to change your body’s metabolic atmosphere – building lean muscle and burning fat like an athlete. The program offers 3 workouts per week focused on 4 phases and a nutrition plan to match.

Shape’s coaches came together to build this plan based on experience – 7 years and 250k+ one-on-one training sessions to be exact. 

The program includes:

  • A monthly Zoom or Facetime counsel session
  • A 6-week video series to help with recovery
  • A “Peaks & Valley” method nutrition guide
  • Private access to a Facebook group for encouragement & accountability
