Well Oiled

Chef Alekka Sweeney is a Pittsburgh-based culinary and baking instructor with 25 years of restaurant industry experience, who offers food delivery services, cooking classes, and catering for dinner parties and corporate events. Sweeney’s food delivery service allows her to develop a personal relationship with her clients and create menus specifically tailored with them in mind. She prides herself on having an all female staff who go above and beyond to make every catered event a memorable one. Due to the pandemic all cooking classes are currently virtual and you can choose from things like learning how to make pasta from scratch to enhancing knife skills, all from the comfort of your own home.  

MJ Designs

MJ Designs is a woman-owned small business specializing in whimsical handmade mixed media jewelry inspired by nature. Owner and designer Madeline Rigatti, is a Pittsburgh native who aims to conceptualize her creativity into wearable art. She uses natural gemstones, beads, brass, and wire to create unique and affordable pieces that empower those who wear them. Her work incorporates a variety of materials and stones to offer customers a range of pricing and design options. She specializes in custom pieces and enjoys working with customers to create a unique piece of jewelry that reflects their personal preferences. Rigatti has been making jewelry since 2006  and is always learning new techniques that she continues to incorporate in her newer creations. 

BEBE Blu Designs

Bebe Blu Designs is an online gift boutique that specializes in items decorated with digitally hand-drawn artwork created by owner and artist Debbie Barbarita. You can pick from flour sack towels, guest towels, pillows, totes, note cards, infant hooded towels, baby blankets, and more with floral, seasonal, and holiday direct to garment printed artwork. All paper products can also be customized with your choice of design. All artwork designed by Debbie is dedicated to her youngest sister who passed away in 2016 who ignited her passion for drawing.
