It’s about time Pittsburghers truly learn to appreciate the wonder of Erie, PA. The Great Lakes constitute America’s North Coast. It’s time we value them as much as we do America’s other coasts. It’s the only one of our coasts that experiences and provides the joys, wonders, pleasures, and majesty of four seasons. Remember, too, as the bumper sticker proudly proclaims: the Great lakes are unsalted and shark-free!
