Pittsburgh-based Dip a Toe is an editorial (and soon-to-be ecommerce) website for the discerning traveler who pays attention to details and appreciates simple, beautiful things. And this holiday season they are also an in-person pop-up retail experience at Frick Park Market.

The pop-up Dip a Toe Gift Shop includes an assortment of new and vintage home goods and accessories sourced from makers from all over the world – and it includes the launch of the brand’s own LANKI boots.

Handcrafted in Nepal using traditional felting techniques, LANKI are felted wool boots created for both indoor and outdoor use. These boots balance modern European design with utility, form, and function. LANKI boots transform from cozy house slippers to temperature-regulated, all-weather, anti-slip outdoor wear with a simple addition of a rubber overshoe. Turn them back into cozy house slippers simply by removing the rubber overshoe. You can catch this gift shop pop-up in the annex at Frick Park Market in Point Breeze (7103 Reynolds St) from 10am – 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays now through December 18th.
