Valentine’s Day is coming up, we get it (looking at you, jewelry and flower commercials). If you don’t have plans or you’re not into the super mushy stuff, we got your back. We’ve gathered a list of some of the unconventional Valentine’s and Galentine’s events going on around the city, and they don’t disappoint.

Feb 9 | 21+ Night: Sex, Love, and Science @ The Carnegie Science Center

6p-10p | You’re probably thinking back to your class field trips to the Science Center in grade school, but stay with us. This 21+ event will feature a traffic light party (wear whichever color indicates your relationship status), speed dating, a large-scale fluid swap simulation (we’re concerned but curious), and even adult experiments and science lessons. Besides, when else can you drink in the Science Center?
