Regular Menu

In addition to its prix fixe menu, the restaurant’s regular menu of locally-driven American cuisine will also be available on New Year’s Eve, according to Revel’s bar and banquet director, Michelle Satmare.

The regular menu features elevated bar favorites like a bacon jam burger (melty Swiss, cheddar, chipotle bacon jam, lettuce and tomato on a brioche bun) and flatbread pizzas, as well as finer fare like a 14 oz. strip steak.

Seasonal Drinks

Diners will also be able to enjoy a number of seasonal drink options including a pineapple mimosa and a pomegranate orange margarita topped with rosé Prosecco.

“We’re always doing something different with our drink menu,” Ms. Satmare said.

Constant Favorites

Two popular drink offerings that they aren’t changing because they were so popular this fall are the bar’s chai pretzel martini and its spiced apple daiquiri.

“We’re expecting both of those drinks to remain favorites throughout the winter months,” Ms. Satmare said.
