Looking to learn more about the Creator Economy from creators and industry experts? A high-profile lineup of panelists and keynote speakers is coming to the platform 2025 conference, hosted by the cohort

Gain unparalleled insights into the ever-evolving creator economy and the future of brand partnerships as visionaries and global game-changers take the stage on Friday, March 21st, 2025 from 8:30am – 6pm at The Maverick Hotel in Pittsburgh’s East End. Discussions throughout the day will address key topics shaping the industry. Six panels and workshops with leading influencers will provide practical insights on topics like monetizing as a creator, the art of community management, and how to foster meaningful relationships between creators and brands. 

The panels, each featuring a high-caliber lineup of influential creators and top brands from across the country, will provide thought-provoking panel discussions and keynotes. 

It’s a day of learning, networking, and inspiration. The conference will offer networking opportunities, a gifting suite featuring samples from small business brands, and interactive experiences designed to foster collaboration between creators and brands.

“Creator Economy State of the Union”

Panelists Abbie Herbert (a content creator with 15.6 million followers on TikTok), Nicole Marcus (DICK’S Sporting Goods), RJ Larese (Vice President of Talent and Influencer Marketing at Paramount), and Brandon Edelman (a content creator). Moderated by Lia Haberman (a renowned media and marketing expert and author of “SOCIAL MEDIA AND THE CREATOR ECONOMY”).

“Let’s Talk Video as Creators”

Kiva Brent (an interior design content creator with 438,000 followers on Instagram) with Erika Vieira (host of the “YouTube Power Hour” podcast).

“The Art of Community Management”

A representative from the Empire State Building will share their expertise in building and managing thriving brand communities.

“Building a Business and Monetizing as a Creator”

Panelists Gracie Norton (a lifestyle content creator with 1.1 million followers on TikTok) and Kelsey Byron Breisinger (a digital creator and entrepreneur). Moderated by Maryam Ishtiaq (a content creator with 310,000 followers on Instagram).

“Communicating the Value of Influencer Marketing to Leadership”

Zaria Parvez, Global Social Media Manager at Duolingo, will lead the discussion with Michaela Kron-Hags (the first “boss who said yes” to Zaria) and Now Nathan Jun Poekert (Chief Marketing Officer, General Idea CMO Advisor, JUN Social) on the importance of getting others to recognize the importance of influencer marketing.

“The business of being a creator (lawyer, accountant, financial planner)”

Featuring business-relevant insights from Josiah Hoffman (a financial planner) and Kayley Reed (a talent manager).

“Bringing Back UGC”

Katy Stankevitz, Social Media Manager at Anthropologie, will share her insights on user generated content. 

“Marketing Sucks with Liquid Death” Closing Keynote

Greg Fass, Vice President of Marketing at Liquid Death, will delve into Liquid Death’s unconventional approach to marketing and content creation, offering attendees a chance to learn from one of the industry’s most innovative leaders.
