Pittsburgh Earth Day and Duquesne Light Company are hosting a dynamic panel event, “GreenForce Women: Leading Pittsburgh’s Sustainable Future.” 

Visionary women shaping Pittsburgh’s sustainable future will discuss actionable ideas driving environmental progress. Connect, collaborate, and celebrate the power of women leading the green movement in our city on Wednesday, May 21st from 5pm – 7:30pm at the K&L Gates Partners Center (210 6th St., 15222). 

Moderated by Hollie Geitner, Allegheny Conference and Board Member of PA Women Work, the discussion will explore strategies to cultivate diverse talent, foster innovative cultures, and create opportunities that shape the future of sustainable infrastructure.

  • Laurie Roy, Senior Vice president, Chief Human Resources Office, S&B USA

Pittsburgh Earth Day is a citywide celebration of advancements made in sustainability, technology, and innovation where people live, work, and play. Believing in “Earth Day. Every Day.”, Pittsburgh Earth Day honors the transformation from Pittsburgh’s Steel City past to a thriving home for green innovation and LEED certified development.
