Normally, Biceps & Brunch is a monthly event that brings two of our favorite things together: a good workout and an even better brunch! And yes – we’re sad too this can’t happen in person at the moment but we think this will suffice for now 😉
We’ve partnered up with Triple B Farms to bring the BRUNCH to your kitchen so on top of a great sweat, you’ll also get a quick brunch recipe, details on curbside pickup and a chance to win a $25 gift card for just showing up!

Join us on November 15th for Biceps & Brunch: TrapYoga Edition. Trap Yoga Studios allows yoga practice and good music to come together to make for an amazing, sweat drenching class! T.R.A.P is an acronym meaning, ‘Teaching Radiance and Positivity’— which is their main goal. They affirm, manifest, honor our bodies, and most importantly, we provide a safe space for all.
Set up your mat, towel, and a bottle of water! Prepare to sweat, stretch, and slay!
