Biceps & Brunch is a monthly events that bring two of our favorite things together: a good workout and an even better brunch! Each month we have different LOCAL gyms come to Tequila Cowboy to help us get our sweat on!
Join us on January 19th for our first of the year, Biceps & Brunch: Boxing Edition. SHAPE Training is excited for you to experience an hour long, full-body workout that will focus on basic boxing skills and techniques designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. No gloves or wraps required, just athletic shoes.
Grab some post-workout brunch at Tequila Cowboy. And don’t forget the mimosa or bloody mary – we’ll buy your first round!
