Normally, Biceps & Brunch is a monthly event that brings two of our favorite things together: a good workout and an even better brunch! And yes – we’re sad too this can’t happen in person at the moment but we think this will suffice for now 😉

Join us on June 21st for Biceps & Brunch: BOUNCE Edition. Taught by the energetic Linda Maus, better known by her alter-ego YYYYYinda, BOUNCE is a combo of dance and fitness moves to hip hop, reggaeton and rap music for a full, fun, intense hour sweatfest!
