What you’ve been weighting for is finally here! Our Biceps & Brunch events are raising the bar on your Sunday mornings. Join us and get your crunch on then get your brunch on. We will work(out) for food. How about you?
Biceps & Brunch is a series of events that bring two of our favorite things together: a good workout and an even better brunch! Each week we have different LOCAL gyms come to Federal Galley to help us get our sweat on!
Join us on September 1st for our second of the series, Biceps & Brunch: Bar Method Edition. The ladies of Bar Method located in Wexford will be leading the full-body workout that builds inner and outer strength, grace & poise. You’ll be surprised by the small movements that bring big results.
Grab some post-workout brunch at one of Federal Galley’s FOUR restaurants. And don’t forget the mimosa or bloody mary – we’ll buy your first round!
