Fusion Flow with Yoga Jean – Half yoga X half bodyweight HIIT! Class will begin with a warm up vinyasa flow, followed by about 20 minutes of bodyweight HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and will end with 20 minutes of yoga to cool down and relax your muscles!
