Barre – 45 minutes of lengthening and strengthening work. This class is open to all levels looking for barre-specific intense and intentional movements. We connect our mind to muscle using a barre, body weight and more. Barre deeply emphasizes legs, glutes and core. This class is the key to activating accessory muscles that are necessary in every expression of fitness.
NOTE: Make sure to bring a mat and a towel
