Fun fact:  William Penn planted Pennsylvania’s very first vineyard in Philly, all the way back in 1683. Since then, over 200 incredible local wineries have made our state their home, blessing us with local flavors and tantalizing our taste buds with new wines to explore.

From R Wine Cellar to the Winery at Wilcox, Allegheny Cellars and more, Pittsburgh has no shortage of amazing wineries, mesmerizing merlots, or life-changing chardonnays. In fact, the only thing we’re limited by is time.

Luckily, from August 24th through the 26th, Seven Springs Mountain Resort will be hosting its annual Wine Festival, bringing over 30 local wineries to the same place: your mouth.

Between the tastings, you can kick back and enjoy nightly live music from popular bands like Radio Tokyo and Totally 80s, explore tons of amazing vendors, check out a seminar, or even do yourself a little crafting.

Staying the night? You can snag a special lodging discount if you’re attending the festival.

Tickets start at just $25 bucks and include a tasting glass and wine check, and you can expect to be wowed by these incredible wineries:
